Situated the lush Spotsylvania County country-side just outside the historic city of Fredericksburg, Virginia. This transitional Classical-Greek Revival frame edifice, was constructed in 1838 by Gray Boulware.  A beautiful two story front portico with fluted columns and gable end ornaments the structure. The house reflects the classical revival style with high ceilings, wide heart of pine floors, acorn and oak moldings, and two story front portico.
