TIGERX.COM puts this section here for out affiliates, associates and clients so they can think twice about the people they do business with. This section is not here to be spiteful, vengeful, nor nasty -- it simply serves as a resource when making descisions as to who you will do business with. Those marked with a black flag indicates that we were severly crossed and/or betrayed by us and we strictly forbid that any of our associates and affiliates do business with them soley for the reason that we strive to maintain the very best in customer service, and even when we fail, we are never disrespectful. Those with a black flag have both provided inferior and unsatisfactory service in addition to being rude and forgetting that the client is the person that pays their bills and at the very worst, should be respected with a polite "good-bye", much less rude, abrasive and abusive.
These people must realize that whether we are trying to provide them with the best internet service, or serving us a cup of coffee, that rude, abusive behavior for no reason will not be tolerated and we are in fact a part of the bigger picture where their actions effect not one, but many. While it may seem minor, food service establishements and other non-assuming services are listed, because they have either a) been abusive or b) embarrassed us with their poor service in the company of clients.
Additionally, some of these people have directly violated trust and/or contractual agreements due to faulty character. All arguments on their behalf, in addition to being rectified will also be posted here. Quite frankly, we hope this shows up all over search engines when someone is researching information on a particular company. We are very fair people at TIGERX.COM and we do our best to encourage others to provide the same level of service and customer relations as we do. While complete customer satisfaction is not always possible, abusive, rude, incompetent and/or faulty service will never be tolerated. ALL of these cases below have offered the people below to resolve the matter, thus far, they have not responded.

- Unreturned phone calls (the leave matters to be resolved long enough until the customer must pay the bill so they are not disconnected while not resolving the matter in dispute plus several request remains months without resolve)
- Charging outrageous and excessive rates for those not within their "plan" which is hard to obtain... 1 hour of foreign phone service could cost over US $100.
- Unsatisfactory and inferior customer service.
