Billing Policy
We do not make our clients sign any contracts, we are so confident in our services, we do not feel a need to lock our clients into any contract they cannot get out of in a year or more time. We do, however, want you make aware of our other billing policies:
Monthly Maintenance: In this automated, paper-free world, we are soley based on electronic billing. All major credit cards are accepted and automatically billed on the first of every month. The option of writing a check is possible if you wish to pay for your services 12 months in advance, and there is a substantial discount for those chosing this option.
Website Construction: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all major jobs to cover the costs of setup, salary, design and other expenses associated with embarking on any project. The additional 50% is due upon completion of the website project.
Refunds, Discontinuation of Services: There are no refunds on any deposit once construction has begun. As for our services, while we hope that we can meet all your needs, should you feel a need to discontinue service for any reason, you must do so via phone at 888.204.3482. If you wish to discontinue service after the 1st of any given month, you must let us know prior to the 27th of the previous month or you will be charged for the entire month from the 1st on. Naturally, we hope there is never a problem, but if there is, it MUST be communicated via phone, not email.
