US Income Tax Day

Ok, so maybe it is not a holiday that everyone celebrated and takes the day off to eat, but it is in fact a day that everyone observes.  On any given 15th of April, you can see the post offices croweded with people up until Midnight who are desparately filling out their tax forms and trying to get it into the mail so it is postmarked by April 15th so they will not pay a fine for turning in their taxes late.  Why should it be late? We get our W2 forms by the end of January (by law) but ah yes, enter the procastinators...
